Yolainy Wilson

CEO / Aesthetics

Yolainy is in charge of the daily operations at New Wave Medical, ensuring that everything operates seamlessly and that patients receive the highest quality of care. In addition to her role as office manager, she is also certified to provide aesthetic services utilizing our Laser or RF Microneedling technology. When not at work, Yolainy loves to spend time with her family and keeps active to stay fit.

Karina Rodriguez-Alarcon

Office Manager / Chiropractic Assistant

Upon entering New Wave Medical, Karina is one of the staff members who might welcome you. Besides her main responsibilities as a office manager, she also assists Dr. Wilson with patients undergoing Shockwave Therapy. Outside of work, Karina enjoys visiting the beach, swimming, and exploring museums.

Najla Asmar

Chiropractic / Medical Assistant

Najla's main responsibilities at New Wave Medical include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, assisting patients, making sure all patients are situated and receiving treatment, and managing patient accounts. When she's not at work, Najla is pursuing her college education. In her free time away from work and studies, she enjoys staying active and exploring new places

Tiara Ross

Nurse Practitioner

As New Wave Medical's Nurse Practitioner, Tiara's primary responsibility is to perform services that involve injections, such as Botox and other cosmetic fillers. In her free time, she enjoys reading, practicing self-care, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jennifer Jimenes

Chiropractic / Medical Assistant

Jennifer's duties main responsibilities at New Wave Medical include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, assisting patients, making sure all patients are situated and receiving treatment, and managing patient accounts. In her free time, she enjoys practice yoga, go on walks, and spend time with family

Amanda's primary responsibilities at New Wave Medical include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, assisting them throughout their visits, ensuring they are comfortable and receiving proper care, and managing patient accounts. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and dedicating her time to helping others.

Receptionist / Medical Assistant

Amarilys' primary duties at New Wave Medical include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient accounts, and providing assistance. When she isn't working, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, going to the beach, roller skating, and trying new restaurants.
